CONSERVATION MANAGEMENT PLANS AND STATEMENTS continued

Coleshill Model Farm, Oxfordshire

We prepared a Conservation Management Plan considering the future use and interpretation of this grade II* listed model farm in Oxfordshire, for the National Trust. The Coleshill Estate is currently managed from this exceptional example of the industrial ‘high farming’ era.

The Grange, Ramsgate, Landmark Trust

We produced a Conservation Plan based on investigation that unravelled the complex evolution of A W N Pugin’s house and enabled it to be returned to its original form, for use as a ‘Landmark’ holiday let. We are currently advising on a second phase of work to conserve its former service wing and St Edward’s presbytery, following their acquisition by the Trust.

Burlington House Courtyard, Society of Antiquaries of London

The Society’s Apartments in the Burlington House courtyard were built for them by the government in 1867-75, and are listed grade II*. Our Conservation Management Plan provides a guide for the long-term restoration and adaptation of the interior, for which the Society is responsible.

The Lawrence Hall, London

We completed a Conservation Plan for this unusual 1920s London building, designed specifically for the Royal Horticultural Society (listed grade II*), with an Art Deco-influenced interior and impressive exhibition hall constructed of parabolic concrete arches.
