FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Salisbury House, LB Enfield

Salisbury House is an early 17th century lodge house used for many years as a local arts centre. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, we produced a conservation plan and undertook a feasibility study and options appraisal for its future use, for the London Borough of Enfield.

Sheerness Dockyard Church

We were commissioned by English Heritage and SAVE to lead a multi-disciplinary team to produce a feasibility study and identify a viable new use for this fire-damaged early 19th century garrison church, following the refusal of renewal of consent for a residential conversion and ‘enabling development’. Refusal was upheld on appeal and the building was compulsorily purchased by Swale Borough Council and passed to the Spitalfields Trust, which will implement the preferred option identified in the study.

Providence Chapel, Cranbrook, Kent

We undertook a feasibility study in 2012-13 for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and English Heritage, to try to help secure the future of this grade II* former Strict Baptist Chapel, on English Heritage’s Heritage at Risk list.
